We maintain strict adherence to a responsible contractor policy that has been in place for more than 35 years. It prioritizes the use of highly trained construction workers with safe working conditions who are compensated fairly, including fringe benefits. It has been our experience that well built buildings have greater appeal to tenants and experience lower overall operating costs contributing to better long term economic performance.
