Lawrence Braithwaite
Managing Director, Portfolio Management

Mr. Braithwaite is responsible for monitoring and evaluating the suitability and impact on portfolio composition, risk, and performance of proposed new investments, leasing activity, sales and financings, in addition to playing an important role in product development, client service and client reporting efforts.

Prior to his responsibility as an Assistant Portfolio Manager, Mr. Braithwaite was an Investment Manager with ASB’s Capital Investment group where he focused on acquisitions and asset management and was a Senior Analyst with Morgan Stanley & Co. in the Investment Banking Division prior to ASB.

He received his BA with distinction from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he is a Morehead-Cain Scholar, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
