Asset Management

Each investment team is responsible and held accountable for asset performance results through the entire holding period from acquisition, strategic planning, asset management, and leasing to eventual disposition.
The team is responsible for directing and overseeing the designated property manager executing all leasing, capital projects, annual budgeting, and strategic business planning at the asset level. In collaboration with property managers, the ASB investment team annually prepares a strategic business plan for each investment, outlining asset strategy objectives together with key operational initiatives and corresponding budget.
ASB’s tenant-centric strategy underpins all asset management decisions, ensuring the property stays competitive and meets the needs of tenants over the entire investment lifecycle.
